"This is the place to talk about one of the rarest breeds of dogs, a truly American made dog, and completely hairless!  As of January 1, 1999, the AHT was accepted as a Rat Terrier - Hairless by the United Kennel Club (UKC).  They are one and the same dog.  We are proud to be a part of such a great organization as UKC and have formed a UKC licensed Club. Join us and meet the people who are owned by these enchanting creatures."
